Great coffee and food - Edit
We took the family here for breakfast the other day and had a wonderful time. I had a cappuccino for the first time (rare to find a vegan option) and it was amazing! We also had donuts and a variety of breakfast options. Everything tasted delicious, but some of the servings were a little small (I ate my donut, a fake news bowl and 1/2 of an overnight oatmeal that my youngest couldn't finish). The overnight oats was definitely a good serving size (and delicious). Would happily return!

Early but not too early - Edit
Arrive about 9am on weekends - too early and cheddar chive vegan biscuits might not be ready yet. Sandwich includes commercial veggie sausage patty and just egg but when biscuits are fresh and hot it’s pretty delicious.

Small food portion - Edit
The desserts/bakery items were very tasty and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the donut, coffee cake, and PB cookie
Read moreI asked the worker at the counter which was better - the Fake News bowl or the Breakfast Sandwich. They recommended the bowl bc it was more filling. Other reviews said the breakfast sandwich was small, so I ordered the bowl. The bowl was not what one would think as a “bowl” - it was about 8 oz of hash browns with about 2 nickel size pieces of Beyond Sausage patty and negligible amount of Just egg. I would consider it a side to go with an entree or sandwich. The flavor was good, but very disappointing portion for the price point. Afterward, I went about two blocks east to a very established vegan restaurant for more food. I was happy to try Propaganda, but would only return for bakery items, not a meal.

Pretty good, smaller portions and not much protein - Edit
I thought the food here was decent. We ordered the potato waffles, breakfast sandwich, and chef salad.
Read moreThe waffles have a lot of oil, so avoid if you are trying to avoid Tums later.
The chef salad was fresh but pretty small. The breakfast sandwich had one of the smallest pieces of Beyond Sausage I’ve seen on a breakfast sandwich like that. But the biscuit was really well-baked and flavorful.
All in all, a nice option, but not the most filling brunch.

Only one thing was nut free but it was delicious. The cookie sandwich with filling was sweet but not too sweet. Cookies were oatmeal and had a nice bite to them

Absolute Must Try!!!! - Edit
Lovely little coffee shop in quaint Lakewood! I felt like everything was very fairly priced. Had breakfast there with my cousin and we ordered the breakfast sandwich (Beyond sausage and Just Egg on gf cheddar scallion biscuit), potato latke waffles with applesauce and sour cream, and the blood orange overnight oats. Everything was absolutely amazing!!!! Our coffees were great as well and I bought a double cream cookie to go (basically a deluxe oatmeal cream pie cookie sandwich) and it did not disappoint!!! I do not even eat gluten-free and couldn't tell that any of it was gf. Can't wait to go back again!

Meh - Edit
More than half of the menu isn't even available when I go in anymore. Used to be a great lunch or breakfast spot, but I'm always disappointed when I go in now. Drinks are good, but no seasonal specials.

Yummy coffee shop with bites - Edit
Cute space. Food menu isn't too big and neither are the portions, though the taste is good. Potato latke waffles are a unique item and I really liked it, but I could have eaten a lot more haha. Peanut butter cookie was delicious. Coffee drink was good and cute aluminum to go cup!

Wonderful Place to Sip and Hang! - Edit
I've been wanting to stop here since they opened! I met a friend there yesterday and was finally able to order the potato latke waffles! They were great, and the tamale pie my friend ordered was also delicious (she let me try a bite)! The West End drink was wonderful with oatmilk and a little vanilla syrup, as were all the bakery treats I ordered. The special of the day was lemon donuts... ooooh I'm a sucker for lemon desserts and it definitely hit the spot! The iced oatmeal cookie and white choc raspberry muffin were yummy too! Can't wait to return!!

Good Breakfast - Edit
This is a great little coffee shop! Everything is vegan, and the space is comfortable with plenty of seating. The biscuit breakfast sandwich is delicious, as is the bagel with carrot lox. I think the coffee is just ok compared to other local spots, but as they are a new business, I'm looking forward to seeing how they adapt.

Everything is vegan and gluten free! The coffee and latte drinks are really creative, and I also enjoy their baked goods! There is also a menu that offers savory options and there are plenty of tables for seating. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Just make sure you have coins for the parking meters.

Nice destination for coffee and hanging out - Edit
The coffee was good. There is a large seating space with plenty of tables and natural lighting; great for relaxing, staying for an extended visit.
Read moreThe staff are enthusiastic and hard working. They kindly answered questions, and confirmed that all offerings are vegan and gluten-free.
We tried two baked goods, and did not care for either. For our taste preferences, they lacked sufficient flavor, bordering a little on bland. In our opinion only, The the consistency for both was similar - rubbery.
Pros: Excellent service , Enthusiastic, kind staff, Expansive space
Cons: Baked goods were not satisfactory

Kind Servers - Edit
I took my little brother to get some vegan hot cocoa, and we also got the a la mode with the peanut butter brownie! It was super tasty, but much too expensive for the serving size. The next time we went in, we got food, and I’ve found that the food is pretty sub-par. Definitely more of a place to work and get coffee or tea, and possibly a pastry.
