Delicious pizza - Edit
Went here with a group of friends as they have a separate menu that is fully vegan. What a treat! Had a delicious pizza. A bit much 'cheese' but very delicious and will definitely go back.

Best Pizza in Hertford - Edit
My partner and I visited Proove a few weeks ago and we had a great time! We got the lunch deal which includes a pizza, a side and a drink from a set menu, however you can pay an additional £1.50 and upgrade to any pizza on the menu. My partner opted for the mushroomy one, I upgraded to the Art Beet, that was a good call as it was really tasty. I enjoyed the base, the sauce was flavoursome and the toppings were kinda different and inventive which I liked. The sides were nice, the drinks were drinks and the vibe was good (we sat inside as it was about 40° outside!) I would definitely recommend this place, it's a gem in Hertford and I'm so pleased that veganism is becoming so prevalent in this little town! Move over Pizza Express!!

A taste of Italy - Edit
I had the Marinara pizza, a naturally vegan pizza that focuses on the flavours of the dough itself as well as the tomato base.
Read moreDespite its simplicity, it was absolutely beautiful, and really bursting with all the tastes you’d expect from real Italian food.
I also shared two side plates with my auntie - the dough balls and the Italian fries.
The dough balls came with the richest olive oil, infused with fresh chilli shavings.
The fries didn’t even require seasoning because they were packed with taste.
The service itself was exceptional. Very speedy, and the sweetest staff.
With how veganism has progressed, you’d expect most establishments to offer at least a few vegan options. But Proove has one of the largest vegan menus I’ve ever seen, including a massive array of dishes that can be adapted to make them vegan.
For example, their dessert menu isn’t marked with any vegan items. But a waitress was able to let me know that they offer a vegan brownie, fried dough strips dipped in cinnamon sugar, sweetened dough balls and a selection of sorbets.
They’re super accommodating towards allergy sufferers too. All of their pizzas can be made with gluten free flour at no extra cost.
To top it all off, their menu is insanely reasonable. I got a lunch time deal that included a main, a side and a drink for £9.90.
It’s safe to say that after having eaten at Proove, I’ll never be able to eat takeout pizza again.
Pros: Huge variety of vegan options, Lovely staff and quick service, Reasonable pricing
Cons: It would be cool if they offered vegan gelato
