Omnivore compromise

Crust was 👍👍, staff was absolutely delightful, but vegan pizza was just passable. Among their menu items is “the vegan” pizza - it’s red sauce with spinach, mushrooms, red peppers, maybe something else, no vegan cheese. I feel like a pizza shop with an explicit vegan option is a lovely find, and also that pizza is complete with something gooey or creamy. House-made tofu sauce? Vegan cheese shreds? Mashed potatoes?? The absence was notable. While I would never go there on my own or with other vegans, it was a good choice for a pizza-motivated crowd of omnivores and I left with a full belly and wasn’t the vegan who ruined everything by wanting to go to a different restaurant. They have a good beer selection. It was also super cold because of draft from the door (45 degrees outside). 🥶

Pros: very lovely workers, Beer

Cons: Vegan option not so great, Cold environment
