Everything we ate, we loved. It was hot, nice envelope, and amazing service. We drive an hour to try and it did not disappoint. The chicken is so tender and juicy. We will definitely be back.

Great Fast Food Vegan with a heart! - Edit
I am admittedly not into greasy food, but I had to give this a try! The sandwich was like a big chicken nugget. Fried nice and crispy. The buffalo sauce was good. Next time I want to try their protein bowl—it looks amazing! But I had to get that signature sandwich my first time! Also, they are willing to accept whatever customers can pay to make plant based food available to ALL!

If this place was close to me I would try everything off their menu. Their chicken is so sus because it’s so good! Granted I haven’t had real chicken in 3 years so I don’t really remember what it tastes like, but the chew is so good and very satisfying. I wish my Nashville hot chicken had actually been spicy, it was honestly a little bland. My bf got the deluxe chicken and his had a lot more flavor due to the gouda. The one thing that was the highlight was my mac n cheese and the shake! The Mac was amazing and properly spicy (I got the buffalo mac), the shake was smooth and just had great flavor. Definitely would go back just for the Mac and the shakes! Food was a little on the cold side for us being inside, I wonder if it would have been different had we gone through the drive thru?

Delicious fast food- all vegan. Very friendly manager. Ordered the Caesar wrap but had him make it in salad form. So good- and healthy! Also ordered the original project, Nashville chicken burger, backyard burger, along with strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes. Excellent quick tasty food . The vegan chicken is amazing. Most vegan chicken is tough with a gross mouth feel. This is not. This tastes like soy chicken.

Best Vegan Fast Food joint for me - Edit
I had the Deluxe chicken burger, Popcorn chicken and Double Chocolate shake. The patty was exactly like Chicken. Juicy texture and it gets better with each bite. Birdy sauce compliments it beautifully. Texture gets even better with Popcorn chicken. Could have had 2 orders myself. Shake was just mind blowing. Sugar was in the right amount and there was no after taste. Shake was served in a compostable plastic glass made out of Corn, with a paper straw. Love that they’re doing this. They say that their aim is not to earn profits, but provide sustainable plant based food at a reasonable price. They do just that, along with exceptional quality and deliciousness.

We got burgers for the kids and a buffalo chikn sandwich and they were all a hit. Fries were great too! Need them to go ahead and open a location closer to my house! Edit: Have been a second time and tried the Nashville hot chicken and the wings. Didn't like the texture of the wings but the sandwich was delicious.

this restaurant is a very innovative concept that i would love to see more of in dfw! i ordered the popcorn chicken and it tasted so real! the fries however, tasted a bit off, a bit like cleaning fluid, but i will blame that on the tray being freshly cleaned, overall, a delicious restaurant!

Yay!!! Project Pollo DALLAS - Edit
Finally in Dallas! We have had to get our Pollo fix when in Austin area, so really happy that they are now in Dallas. I look forward to seeing them expand all over Texas and hopefully, the rest of the nation. Love, love, love the Original Project with Birdy sauce. Nashville Hot also crunchy yumminess on a bun with a spicy kick and some coleslaw.
