Vegan Breakfasts

Update April 23, 2022
They no longer have Just Egg or vegan cheese, so I was disappointed. We had the avocado toast with a side of Impossible sausage, which was still good. They now have a liquor license, which is great, but their appetizer selection isn't great. I've adjusted my rating from a 4 to a 3.

This restaurant is attached to our favorite dog-friendly hotel in Chicago, the Talbott Hotel. We have stayed here twice in 2021 and eat most of our breakfasts at the restaurant, because they have great avocado toast and Impossible and Just Egg breakfast sandwiches, which you can eat outside on their patio. It's frankly a quick place for vegans to eat breakfast before exploring Chicago, and the staff is very friendly. We love it.

They serve lunch and dinner here as well and have some vegan options on the menu, but we haven't eaten here for those meals yet until they get their liquor license, which they say is coming soon.

Not as many vegan options as previously stated. Only avocado toast for breakfast

Avocado toast. But was hoping for the vegan sausage breakfast but the egg and cheese was not vegan as their icon led me to believe.

This is too bad, because in July 2021, they had better options. I'm going to contact them and see if they can put these back on the menu.
