Lovely pub - Edit
Was in the area and popped in for something to eat. Was pleasantly surprised to find a fully vegan pub. Had a Sunday roast, also a pleasant surprise to find alcohol free lager on tap rather than just your standard bottles of becks blue. The staff were friendly and the pub had a lovely atmosphere. Would love to go back in the evening sometime.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff - Edit
Very quick service on a Sunday.
Read moreA nice sounding menu.
We both had the Sunday roast.
It arrived and looked nice.
But it was average unfortunately nothing special. All well cooked but average run of the mill veg potatoes, cabbage , broccoli and carrots.
Yorkshire puddings very doughy better as a pudding.
Even something like cauliflower cheese/ parsnips added then I would have been very happy.
We would visit again but choose something different from the menu. Had better vegan Sunday lunch at non gluten free places.

Had a quick pre theatre visit yesterday and since I wasn't super hungry hungry I had the side of Mac n Cheez which was super yummy. My friend had the Tofish and cheezy fries which looked amazing. I need to return and try more (and take photos)!!!

Amazing Vegan Pub in the central on Nottingham! - Edit
We loved the little pub. I had the smokey burger and my husband had the tofish and chips which were both amazing and reasonably priced. Two mains and two drinks for £29.

Golden seitan - Edit
Went with my friend to Nottingham and stopped at this cute pub. I ordered a seitan doner pita with a chocolate and banana milkshake and my friend bought loaded fries and a salted caramel milkshake. Overall, the food was very enjoyable.

We came looking for the Prickly Pear and found the Golden Fleece. They have joined forces! Roomy pub selling vegan beer and food and you can get coffee as well.

Delicious food - Edit
Went to Nottingham to a concert and found this place so decided on giving it a try. Was so happy to have found it as the food was so yummy and well presented and flavoursome. Tried a plant based burger and had barbecue chicken loaded fries which were so delicious. Staff were lovely too and really welcoming. Went with a friend and it was early so only ones eating but it got busier as we were leaving..definitely recommend if you visit Nottingham

Nice pub now catered by the now-closed Prickly Pear café - Edit
I went on "Taco Tuesday" and had two fake fish tacos. They took about 40 minutes to arrive, they were beautifully presented as shown - but there wasn't much taste to any of it. I'm not sure I'd go again.

My Bad - Edit
I think the food wasn’t very good because of what I’d chosen and less on what it actually was. I don’t like spicy food and got a spicy burger while only drinking a sickly smoothie to help the heat. The combination of it wasn’t good at all. The chips were good but that was the only nice food I had.

Cracking find for a Sunday roast. - Edit
It’s nice to find a pub with 100% vegan food and vegan drinks. Great pub food style menu, though on Sundays it’s just the Sunday roast menu. I had the Sunday roast with seitan “beef”, and it didn’t disappoint. It was my first time I’ve ever had vegan Yorkshire puddings and these could not be faulted at all, I’m glad I went for the extra one. Would definitely return here when I’m back in Nottingham in the future.

Really enjoyed my food - Edit
Food was good and could do some food gluten free so that was wonderful. However due to them not having gluten free rolls it took 50 minutes for our food to arrive. My husband would have liked condiments like salt or ketchup with his plain fries but was not asked and we couldn’t fine any or get any ones attention.
