Very long wait. Food wasn’t what was described on menu — very oily (not in the good way) & had clearly been sitting around

People were nice & good that there are options but there are plenty of other places to eat in the area

Vegetarian menu section with some vegan options - Edit
I was shocked to see a NJ diner menu with a combined vegetarian and gluten-free section. Better yet, some were accidentally vegan. I ordered the stuffed peppers and they were amazing! They were stuffed with organic brown rice and cooked vegetables along with a soup or salad. I will return for the Superfood Bowl which is organic quinoa, brown rice lentils mixed with black beans, fire roasted peppers, tomatoes, grilled onions, cilantro and avocado.
