It was ok

I had the sweet potato tacos with sweet potato fries. I didn't love the fries, but it was probably a me thing. It was a little confusing to order here. My suggestion is to go into the building and get seated, then order. We did it totally wrong 😂 My teenage son had a regular burger and fries and he absolutely loved it

Part of SERV

There aren’t many options, but at least the Power Plant offerings are all vegan. Wasn’t too impressed with the pizza.
Was hoping to try the power bowl, but it wasn’t on the current menu.

SERV - Power Plant

Power Plant is located inside SERV which is the coolest eat-n-play place (inside and outside for all ages) I’ve seen in a long time! I ordered a bunch of different things to taste. I really like the sweet potato tacos, the sweet potato waffle fries, and the vegetables with their hummus. The atmosphere experience alone is a must! I’ll be back to try more soon!

Pros: Vegan Menu, Located right at the front of the entrance, Very Friendly and helpful staff

Healthy, confusing service, missing ingredients

When I first arrived, I attempted to order but was told to wait that someone was coming. It seemed like there was a language barrier. Several minutes later the tablet was unlocked and I was told to self order on it. I ordered the Power Bowl. It was tasty and very healthy, but it was missing the chickpeas. Overall has promise but needs improvement.

Pros: Healthy options, All vegan food

Cons: Service, Missing ingredient

Solid Choice!

This is the only all vegan dining option I know of that is on the KANSAS side in Kansas City(other places are technically in MO)! And let me be the first to tell you, it is pretty damn good. It is one of the vendors in a food hall. That is mostly an outdoor venue, offering Pickleball, a stage for live music, and a huge outdoor television screen for sports events. I went on a Monday afternoon and had almost the entire place to myself. In terms of food hall concepts, it is unique in that a server comes out to you that represents all of the different dining options and the bar, and can take the whole group order from different restaurants and deliver them all to you at once. Other food halls that I have been to are each completely separate entities so it can make a date night a bit awkward if you didn’t already decide that each person was paying for their own meal. Vegans. Be aware there is not a single option for you at any of the other places here, but you don’t need it because this one has it all.
I tried the kale Caesar salad on my first go around, I will definitely go back for the mango chorizo pizza because that sounds super yummy and I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else before! I thought the food was fresh and flavorful, and I was comfortable with the portion size. I added chickpeas to it, and I don’t think I was charged extra for that, which was nice. Only two downsides, I waited quite a while for it, and I was one of only a handful of people in an establishment that could seat a few hundred. The server did apologize for my weight, which was only slightly an issue as I was on my lunch break from work, and didn’t have a ton of time. The only other semi-complaint that I had is that the salad advertised coming with croutons. But by croutons, they meant chunks of sweet potato…which tasted good but I feel like they should have just advertised it as such instead of claiming “gluten free vegan croutons”. So for now I will give them 4 ⭐️, but I hope to make it 5 as I continue to try different things on the menu!

Pros: All vegan!, Fresh ingredients , Unique options

Cons: Long wait time, Slight misrepresentation of ingredients
