Good options for a food court

We had the Vermicelli noodle tofu vegan soup which was tasty & good amount of tofu but rather lacking in vegetables & a little oily. Also the Fried tofu bahn me which was good. Other vegan choices as above but no eggplant curry or crispy tofu salad.
