Vey tasteful main course, friendly staff, huge wine list

As there were no listings in Schruns except for an ice cream shop, we've asked our holiday's home tenant for option. The Posthotel Taube seemed the best option as most others are Italian food /pizzerias. Upon inquiring they guaranteed vegan was an option, so we made the reservation.

The menu had indeed a number of vegan dishes, clearly marked with a green leave. The waitress explained a bit more about the options. The complementary bread basket was accompanied with both non-vegan spreads (for the carnivore) and a vegan spread + olives (for me). Very tasteful. The main course, the risotto, was very good. The portion in combination with the bread was more than decent, so dessert was not needed. The only option was sorbet ice cream.
Note: they have a daily changing offering of cakes for dessert, you could be lucky there.

The wine list was also very impressive. The downside is that there was no label if wines are vegan or not. Organic is mentioned though (i.e. BIO).

The hotel and the restaurant is very well decorated and looked quite recently renovated. It had a number (at least 2) of smaller areas of maybe 8 tables, which gave an intimate setting. Also there was a bar with live music and a wine cellar, which we both skipped.
