Located in Corvara, the heart of the Dolomites, the Posta Zirm gave refuge to wayfarers and adventurers for the past 200 years. Meals offered to guests include a 5-course vegan menu option, and the taverna proposes a variety of vegan pizzas and a la carte style choices. Food is served 12-2pm and 7-11pm.

The waiter helped us find the vegan options, and they are also clearly marked on the menu. We had a lentil based patty and pasta with vegan pesto, both tasty and good quantity-wise. Thanks for the experience!

No vegan or vegetarian menu in the taverna - Edit
It would be helpful if dishes on the menu were marked as suitable for vegan or vegetarian diet. Hotel website needs to be updated as it implies that there is a special vegan menu. Is this for hotel residents only? Our waiters in the hotel taverna were unaware that they could cater for vegans.

We were there at about 2 pm and the kitchen was closed.

Excellent vegan options - Edit
A very nice restaurant with great service. Items on the menu are clearly labelled as vegan and also include a list of allergens. There is even a delicious vegan dessert. They have a big pizza menu with vegeterian pizzas that can be made vegan. It is an amazing restaurant.
