Yes, you can get pizza with vegan options most places but I have received dairy cheese by accident at conventional pizza places more than a few times. So it makes sense go out of your way and support an all vegan option in my book. The couple that run Possum Pizza are a delight and the pizza is wonderful. The bac n Mac is my favorite for something unique. Located in the vegan food truck park with the convenience of two other vegan food trucks and a vegan milkshake spot!

First try with Possum was Saturday the 8th. Really good value for 12” Sup? Which is its veggie pizza. It needed a bit more cheese. Other than that, text process and service were spot on.

The newest option in a small vegan food truck park. Decent menu with plenty of pizzas and appetizers. We tried the Philly and the possum popplers, both were incredible. Completely nut free!

I'm very picky as a vegan and I was able to customize my my pizza with food allergies and get half cheese half nod for the first time trying this place and I followed them on Instagram and they were very nice customer service and understanding and got correct order I think that the mushrooms can improve #Veganuary

Sometimes we crave that classic pizza experience that some vegan pizzas just don't provide. We saw this place after visiting vegan nom (also a must-try!) and they were closed but we came back just to try it an were so glad we did! The pizza was so comforting and cheesy, but not with daiya thank goodness! Totally worth checking out

I don’t love most vegan pizzas because of the cheese but possum pizza does it right! It’s my favorite! Their cookies are to die for. And the wings almost make you feel like you’re eating the real thing.

The owners, Charlie and Ruth, are some of the nicest people you’ll meet in Austin and really know their pizza! Everything we’ve ate here has been amazing and always tastes super fresh. We’ve pretty much tried everything on the menu. Our fav is half buffalo cauli and half bac’n mac’n cheezer. And yes you can do half and half pizzas! Our meat eating friends even rave about this place and gotten hooked on it.

The pizza is definitely good and the options are quite creative, especially some of the specials. If you haven't already, you should follow their instagram channel as they frequently post hilariously unique specials.
Read moreThe things that makes this place so deserving of the five star review though, are the sides. Those sides are so good. While I always feel like it didn't come with enough, I think their food is fairly priced. It just speaks to the fact that their food is so good that you want to keep eating more!
The staff has been super friendly each time that we've been there. Love this place!

I’ve been stalking them on Instagram for a while seeing their weekly creative pie specials and this week’s got me to finally head down and try them out. Wow, it was soooo good! They did a “shrimp” with fettuccine Alfredo pizza and it had all the flavors I was looking for including all the garlic and was so filling as well. Well worth the drive and the price! Can’t wait to come back and try something else out.

I’m so happy to have found this food truck! Their pizza, motz sticks and even chicken wings are all sooo good! Other vegan pizza just doesn’t compare. My personal fav is the possum roni pizza. Did I mention they have stickers?! :)

The mozzarella stix alone are worth going to the food truck. The pizza was very good as well good price to. There is plenty of parking and picnic tables to eat at.
