Delicious tacos and fast service - Edit
We ordered 6 different tacos and a serving of guacamole and everything arrived super quickly with a smile. Taste was awesome and quite different for each of them. Guacamole was deliciously chunky. Can’t wait to return.

Even non-vegans love this place. The food is delicious and they have so many options. Al pastor tacos were something else! We tried so many tacos and their "queso fundido." Their salsas are spicy but so good! I can't wait to be back!

We had tortas and flautas here quite late one night- very tasty, quick service, open late. The agua de Jamaica was good too! I most recommend the flautas, they were so tasty and big portions!

Love it. Huge menu, great vegan tacos, amazing prices, good service. All seating is open air seating (some inside but open air and some under a tent outside), which I much prefer since the pandemic. On this first visit, we tried the tacos al pastor, suadero, chimichurri seitan, and chicharron prensado. All were really good, but I probably liked the chicharron and pastor the best. They serve the tacos with your choice of salsas and sides (beans, nopales, or fries). All very good. I hope to return many times in the future and try more things. The best part was we brought two of my brothers-in-law and their partners, all of whom are omnivores and had never really tried vegan food, and they all liked it a lot too! They were super surprised and impressed that vegan street tacos even existed, and were still talking about it the next day!

I was extremely excited to try this place after a great review. The place was extremely busy but we got our table quick enough. We ordered tacos de pastor, torta de pastor and fries. Fries were cold. The Pastor taco only looked like one. There was literally no flavor on the vegan meat. After great places like Mandragora or Gracias Madre torta tasted like a cheap chicken sandwich.

I’ve loved this place for years and have been wanting to try their breakfast, I ordered the omelette and it looked beautiful, but unfortunately it had no flavor. I had to cover it with salsa and lime juice. My partner’s burrito was good though.

Quintessential vegan tacos in CDMX - Edit
This place is as the other reviews say and is one of the best vegan taco places in CDMX. The pastor is dirt cheap and the best I've had. You can see them cooking it on a spit (we came late and it was already gone for the day though). Great service. I don't know how this place makes money. Be sure to tip them well, as deserved. #Veganuary

Authentic, traditional Mexican fare with very friendly waiter who worked with our broken Spanish. Loved the food. The ice cream was 10/10, unfortunately fried ice cream was not available when we were here.

I’m still raving about the food even months later. Both locations were amazing and I did try multiple other vegan restaurants in Mexico City. This was the best taco I’ve ever had. We got every single thing on the menu and nothing disappointed.

Read moreThe tacos here are mostly based on mock meats. I think there were no options with vegetables or other more fresh and interesting ingredients. While the tacos were good, they were not particularly exciting nor memorable (we tried 6 different ones). If you are a foodie like me, you definitely won’t consider these as the best tacos in CDMX.
Note for spice lovers: their green chili sauce is fire 🌶🔥

In honor of National Taco Day, I’m going international by reviewing Por Siempre. Before Por Siempre, before vegan became mainstream, I did not know it was possible to eat vegan street food. Comes with your choice of toppings. I’ve tried both their food truck as well as their brick-and-mortar. I much prefer the truck. Aside from being open much later, the menu was focused on the tacos where Por Siempre really shines. Plus, nothing beats eating the best tacos in the world late at night on the streets of Mexico City.

Read moreThe portions were super generous. The flavours in the food will blow your expectations and the endless amount of decent condiments you can have for free with your orders is just a complete and utter bonus point.
When we stayed in Mexico City me and my husband ate here once and sometimes twice a day. When we left Mexico City we made sure we got our last meal here.
We tried several dishes but my favourite were the al pastor tacos and the chorizo rojo torta.
Always had the agua del dia con refill - the flavours were so refreshing.
If I was to choose the last meal ever.. this place would be it! I wish I was back in Mexico City just to revisit this place again 😂
Also the staff were always friendly and the queues do go down reasonably. you just have to realise when something is this good the wait is worth it.
