Best lactose free bubble tea I’ve ever had! - Edit
Popu tea has a lot of vegan options comparing to other bubble tea shops in the Netherlands. They had soy, oat and coconut. The oolong milk tea with soy milk and matcha strawberry with coconut milk were amazing!! Definitely recommend

Multiple plant based milks! - Edit
Most bubble tea shops only have soy milk, if they even have any. This shop surprised me with 3 options. Tea tasted fine, could have used just a little bit of sweetener to my opinion. The people were friendly, even though it was super busy due to it being their opening weekend.
