Great quick breakfast - Edit
Happy to have a bagel with tofu cream cheese! Usually have to default to PB, so this is a nice option.

Near Gate 73 - Edit
This is a clean, relaxing waiter-served spot in LGA with plenty of of seating; a decent place to relax pre-flight. I came for breakfast; the only vegan food items I saw were a bagel with tofu smear and an avocado side dish. I had the bagel; it was pretty good. In all, nothing out of this world, but not that bad for what you usually get in a NYC airport.
