Consider removing from HappyCow, don’t deserve even 1 star - Edit
I recently went to an event here (in my honor, unfortunately) where vegan items were specifically requested based on their online menu & reviews that claim they have vegan pierogis and other options. None of the Polish food served was vegan, the vegetables had cheese on them, and the salad was served with ranch only. We asked the server, and he said they don’t have anything vegan, and he brought me a bowl of sauerkraut and some store-bought Italian dressing for the salad as my meal at my own party.
Read moreI later did some digging on their website, and they actually have a disclaimer under their FAQ section that says the vast majority of their food contains animal products.
The only reason I’m not submitting a request to remove this from HappyCow is so people can read this review and not go here.
Cons: Nothing vegan, Servers barely know what vegan is, Online menu highly misleading

Served me real pierogis instead of the vegan ones. Beware - they really barely know what the word vegan is. Better to be safe than sorry, and just avoid!

Went first thing on a Tuesday and there were no pierogis. The pickle soup has sour cream in it. The waitress had no idea what vegan meant.

Polish cafe with vegan options - Edit
A polish cafe and bar with some vegan options. The hot pickle soup is vegan and available everyday I suggest buying a quart! Vegan pierogis available on tuesdays and Wednesday only w/ vegan sour cream as well.

Only Tuesdays and Wednesdays - call first - Edit
The vegan special is only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I went early on a Wednesday and they were out of the vegan pierogis and had some trouble finding the soup. The server also didn’t know about the vegan options and at first served me soup with dairy. I want to give them another chance but I would definitely call first to confirm availability.

When I went (specifically on a Wednesday), the server didn’t seem to know what I was talking about at first. I’m 95% sure I just got regular pierogi. I really want to give them another try but it seems like they have some issues to sort out first
