Not great for vegans - Edit
Staff was not helpful whatsoever in helping show me what sauces were vegan. One employee told me to not get seaweed lol… Not only that but they were missing numerous ingredients and still charged me $15

Poke bowl chain - Edit
Poke bowls are a Hawaii rice dish. Usually, they involve fish--but almost every poke place in NYC I have visited offers at least one vegan poke bowl. It is nice that this place features a vegan poke bowl prominently, however, one that uses tofu.
Read morePokeworks is a chain that offers poke bowls in a fast-food manner--that is, you go to the counter, get served quickly, then take out the food or sit at one of the functional tables. This branch is located right across the street from the buses that go to Newark Airport--so you can grab a quick bite if you are waiting for your bus.
The selection here is not huge--but then again, it need not be: if you go to a place called "Pokeworks," it's probably because you want a vegan poke bowl; otherwise, why go there to begin with?

Pros: Decent vegan poke bowls
Cons: For quick bite, not for refined dining
