I asked a guy there which sauce is vegan. He does not know, he told me ohh none of them contain animals. Then I asked if seaweed salad is vegan because some place might add fish sauce, he said "seaweed is seaweed". They don't know what is vegan which is scary me.

Poke Lover! - Edit
I'm a poke lover and Poke Fuzion did not disappoint! They have tofu as the vegan protein option and plenty of sauces and vegetables to oomph it up. The portion size was quite generous which made for great leftovers.
