Nice option - Edit
When I lived in Murfreesboro, I LOVED this place. It’s a fresh option that’s filling but not heavy. I get the veggie bowl and add cucumbers and carrots. It’s always been consistent and the staff is always friendly. I wish there was a vegan friendly dessert option. My fiancé says the mochi ice cream is good.

A nice once or twice novelty - Edit
This is mainly a seafood bowl restaurant, and the selection of food reflects that. Soft tofu as the only vegan protein wasn't the best, but their selection of veggies, sauces, and toppings were pretty good. This place basically inspired me to make my own bowls at home, with seitan or fried tofu.

Great Rice Bowls - Edit
I got the standard veggie bowl, but you can pick your own toppings as well. I really appreciate that they have brown rice. I felt the serving size was small for the price. 50% more rice would have been a better rice-to-topping ratio and would have filled me up more.
