Vegan friendly fast and healthy(ish)

Tofu is available as a protein option but they don’t allow substitutions on their main menu items. It can get expensive to “make your own”.

Pros: Tofu as a protein

Cons: No substitutions in their menu items, Expensive if you “make your own”
