Read moreSeats 4 people, just about. Owner is very friendly and food was great! There are enough different options to come back a few times without having to have the same thing twice.

今回はお弁当にして近場の大きな公園で頂きました。新鮮野菜と薬膳トマトカレーとハムカツを開放的な環境で美味しく食べられました。

Poe Poe, located very close to Fujigaoka station, was one of our favorite restaurants, so we were sad when we found out it was closing last summer. The owner explained that the landlord had suddenly dramatically raised their rent.
The good news is that Poe Poe is back, in a new location across the street from the old one. The bad news is that this new location is TINY. There’s a small counter that seats four (that would be a tight squeeze, though), and that’s it. The menu is largely the same, but sadly their amazing soft-serve ice cream has disappeared from the menu.
Luckily, their medicinal curry with vege katsu is still on the menu, and it’s still amazing. Lovingly prepared and as beautiful as it is delicious.
Poe Poe is one of the few vegan restaurants in Yokohama, and their food is delicious. Let’s support them so that hopefully they can move to a bigger place 😁

Fluffy pancakes and crispy ham cutlets! - Edit
The food and service here were amazing! The meals were large, well balanced and included an entre soup and a roibos tea. We even got given a free sweet pancake. The lady serving seems to run the shop on her own, she is incredibly accommodating and sweet. It’s close to the train station and a nice park if you got takeaway. There are also small items like donuts in the display window, and you can buy small pancakes for just a few hundred yen.
