Delicious plant based food - Edit
Poco Culina now also have a plant-based cafe premises based in Planted CK - Charlton Kings. This is in addition to the pop-up restaurant nights, home delivery and catering that Poco also offer.
Read moreWe visited in May and had cafetière coffee, a mixed mezze platter and carrot cake and it was all fresh, tasty, filling and reasonably priced. They also have a decent vegan breakfast menu, tea/coffee/cakes, every week there is a different hot bowl e.g. dhal and rice, Thai curry, there’s foccacia bread with choice of fillings. Basically something for everyone!

Nice spot for a vegan breakfast - Edit
Small but perfectly formed menu. Poco Culina now run the cafe at Planted CK. Customisable breakfast with the everything (toast, potato cake, giant beans, scrambled tofu and mushrooms) being £11 and lower prices if you only want a selection of that. Especially loved the potato cake, would be great if the beans were hotter and the toast had spread on as was slightly dry. Had a range of coffee beans available.

Amazing Tibetan Food - Edit
My partner and I attended a Kitchen Takeover, At Be The Change Foods in Worcester, with Poco Culina cooking.
Read moreit was a set menu of Tibetan Food which was something we had never tried before. The chef was warm and nice. He came to see everyone after the meal which was really nice as we could ask questions, and let him know how much we enjoyed it
The Food
For the Table - Tibetan Sepan - Spicy Chilli Chutney.
- This was delicious I would buy a bottle of this if they sold it. It was zesty, sweet, and spicy, and went with the meal perfectly.
Starter - Mushroom and Wild Green Momos in Tibetan Broth.
- This was outstanding. The broth was superbly seasoned, and the Momos were light, flavourful, and was one the best dumplings I have had in a long time
Main - Vegetable Shapta with Spiced, and Seared Seitan Balls, and Sticky Rice Balls.
- The seitan, and sticky rice balls were perfect. They are two things I love very much and they were enhanced by the fabulous green chilli sauce that the crisp, and fresh vegetables were covered in.
Dessert - Carrot Barfi with Lime Syrup Sauce, and Seasonal Berries.
- This was unusual, and new for me but absolutely stunning. the flavours were vibrant, fresh, and the dish was refreshing after the main, and starter.
If you have a chance to taste food from Poco Culina, I highly recommend you take the opportunity. I definitely will be again!
Pros: Delicious, Fully Vegan!, Friendly

Incredible! - Edit
We hired Poco Culina to cater for the 100 people wedding, which was styled as a mini-festival in our back garden. It was incredible. Everything was 100% vegan and delicious, covering a whole palette of different flavours and textures – our guests were raving about the food all night. At one point, Andy came up to our table and put some (gorgeous) baklava in front of us, having seen that we were too busy to visit the catering tent ourselves. That sort of service and sensitivity is precisely what makes Poco Culina so great. Andy also listened to our list of requirements and personal tastes, and effortless built a menu that encompassed all of it. Super-friendly, super-cool, and clearly super-passionate about vegan cuisine. First class.

Amazing - Edit
I've shared several takeaway evening meals with my family from Poco, and it's always great. In the evening takeaway you order in advance, I think we usually order a day before, and collect it. You then heat up the mains at home in the oven. Menu changes every week, and usually reflects a different geographical area. It's so great to be able to try new dishes with so many flavours I rarely experience. Even when the menu does loop back around to dishes you've already tried they might be tweaked or different in some way or with different combinations. This makes every order an experience. Sharing 2-3 mains with a Meze selection and bread means you get to try around 10 different things, and it's all fresh and vegan.
