🩵Twice cooked ‘pork’ with black fungi, chinese mushrooms, cabbage

🩵Salt n pepper ‘squid’ and cashew nuts (squid made with king oyster mushrooms)

🩵Malaysian satay skewers - this was chefs and managers recommendation~ our favourite! Full of flavour.
