Vegan cheese is 🔥

I recently learned that PLOMO has a vegan quesadilla option. I didn’t ask what kind of vegan cheese they serve, but it was sooo good!! Absolutely melty and probably the best vegan cheese I’ve had. The dilla is $7 plus $2 for vegan cheese. Can be customized.

Pros: Awesome street food vibe

Cons: No vegan sides
