Create your own bowl - Edit
Sure, this place isn’t all vegan anymore, but at least there are options, and healthy options too. Creating your own bowl is a great option for a satisfying meal. I did that, and it was very good. No complaints.

Vegan place(super cheek) - Edit
This is like the VIP vegan empire of Miami, nothing great in flavorbut they sold the veganism concept to the tourists that stay by South Beach area.

Don’t recommend. - Edit
Most of the staff seem impatient and [censored] because it’s the One Hotel. Exclusively for really wealthy tourists. The food is bland at best. Smoothies are really good which is why I didn’t give only one star. They make you pay before you eat which is weird. We’ve been coming here for 3 years and only now do they impose these new rules which completely ruined our usual experience. Won’t be back.
Read moreThe name is misleading. More than 70% of the menu is non-plantbased . It’s hardly vegan.
Pros: Vegan options , If you sit outside there is a nice view , Sustainable packaging
Cons: Expensive , Rude Staff, Bland Food

Beutiful view, best after 11 AM - Edit
The breakfast options are only smoothies, acai bowl and banana bread. After 11am they start making other dishes.

Great vegan options - Edit
Husband and I were satisfied with the vegan options and the staff. "This is the 1 you're looking for" smoothing was delicious with vegan vanilla protein powder.

Awesome vegan options for breakfast and lunch - Edit
This restaurant is in the 1 Hotel, near the gym. The breakfast and lunch menus have several delicious vegan options. I was staying at the W next door and went to Plnthouse each morning for coffee and an acai bowl. A bit spendy, but typical for South Beach.

No longer Vegan - Edit
This place is no longer Vegan as Matthew sold all of his franchises. It has some vegan options but they are way more limited, everything seems very processed and they use the cheap milk alternatives rather than the more natural ones now. Such a shame as I used to love this place it was my regular Miami breakfast spot. I had a açai smoothie bowl which was fine but nothing to couldn’t get elsewhere. Still a stunning setting though and beautifully done out.

Plnthouse - Edit
The food here is alright, but far less from what you would expect from the pricing. It's more expensive than the other vegetarian restaurants in the area, but serves pretty much the same thing. The outdoor seating is lovely, though, and so is the staff.

Healthy, pricey, yummy vegan foods - Edit
This restaurant is on the second floor of One Hotel in Miami Beach, right next to the Spartan gym. Overall, Plnthouse is very expensive, but everything is high quality, vegan health food. We loved the avocado toast, açaí bowls, banana cream pie (from the to-go section toward the gym entrance), and chips and hummus - all very delicious. We tried the roasted tomato sandwich and the reuben and they were bland. The salad dressing was very tasty, and though we didn’t try any, the bakery items looked really good!

the food was insane! - Edit
The food was phenomenal. End of story. However, prices are incredibly high. The only bad item we bought was the mango cheesecake- the texture was horrible.
