Fine juice place in food court near Grand Central - Edit
This is a juice place, part of a larger chain, that offers juices, smoothies, oatmeal, and bowls (such as acai and pitaya). It is located inside Urbanspace food court, just north of Grand Central Terminal (if waiting for a train, you might have time to run to this place and back). The food court has some seat and tables (mostly communal tables) indoors and out of doors.
Read moreAll of the smoothies and juices are vegan. A bunch of the bowls use honey, though in most cases this can be swapped for agave or maple syrup (only exception: in the banana bowls, the honey is part of the pre-made blend). Also, a few items do use whey or Nutella (which is not vegan--it is made with skim milk), so make sure to check.
BTW, Playa Bowls uses eco friendly bowls etc., which is a big plus. Also, please note: this branch of Playa Bowls does NOT serve savory bowls and thus does not offer fish. Thus this branch, unlike some other Play Bowl branches, is all vegetarian (though, as noted above, it is not all vegan).

Great smoothies & bowls - no dairy - Edit
All vegan except for honey. You can have regular or Gluten Free granola with any of the bowls. I've been here at least two dozen times, and it's consistently good. They have smoothies, smoothie bowls, and oatmeal bowls. The smoothie bowls come with one of several bases. Acai, pitaya, green smoothie, banana, or coconut. They are ALL delicious. It's inside the Urbanspace food court next to Grand Central train station.

Cons: Not organic as far as I can tell
