Place has certainly moved to forum mall. It’s on level 3, but if you use the main entrance that’s already level 3. Located inside the fanciest food court I’ve ever seen. Use the first door on the left. Pizza was great (dough was as good as it gets), smoothie was great. Prices fine, but when it’s full vegan in this region, I’m fine with any cost.

Only giving 5/5 stars because it is basically the only vegan option in Almaty. The food was ok - the ramen had far too much peanut butter and it wasn’t even dissolved properly, and the pizza was bland tasting and very creamy and heavy. Good options though and friendly staff

Read moreIt’s now placed at the 3rd floor of the Forum Mall slightly to the right of starbucks there’s a sign restOpark. Step in, keep left and almost immediately you’ll see their’s small sign with a logo to your right.
Pros: Cheap. , Quite delicious , They have a delivery via yandex

The place is not ideal: lack of intimacy (it is located in a food court), service that is not very enthusiastic, long waiting time.
Read moreBUT: the pizzas I ate were by far the best of my life (I tried two: with mushrooms and with sausage). I will really miss the taste when I leave Almaty!
I also tried other dishes: korma, ramen, syrniki.... They were all pretty good (too much onion in the ramen for me), but nothing extraordinary.
So if you plan to visit Plants you should just order pizza!

We came here as it was a fully vegan restaurant and we hadn't found many of these recently. The service was excellent from the outset, with the staff speaking English, an English menu, and a full range of options available. The food portions were of a good size, reasonable price and well presented. We opted for the vegan sausages pizza which we found the cheese used a little too sweet and that it overpowered the other flavours on the pizza. This same cheese went perfectly with the vegan chick'n bites and would work well in a burger but found there was just too much of it on the pizza.

I went there yesterday. It was relocated to Restopark, which is a food park in the outside area of a mall (3rd floor), but you can also get there directly from the street. It's kinda hard to find cause it's more like a stand within a bigger room with other restaurant stands, so bring some time to find it.
Read moreThe food was ok. They offer no traditional, but only international food: Indian, Burger, Pizza, Wraps, Appetizers. I ordered baked potatoes with a cream dip, nuggets with cheese dip and the fish burger. The first two were ok, but not more. The burger bun was not really toasted and the patty seemed to be somehow raw. I was not convinced. They only provide lemonades in cans, not homemade.
English menu available. The staff speaks a bit English, but seemed to be rather uninterested and annoyed.
The place has zero atmosphere, as it's located inside this commercial food park. There dining tables are inside and outside shared with the other restaurants, you get a beeper once your food is finished and then you can pick it up.
Ok to eat vegan, but not more. Wouldn't go there again.

Most delicious sandwich I’ve had - Edit
OMG. I ordered the “sandwich” and it was the most delious sandwich I’ve ever had (and I’ve had some great ones)! I can’t vouch for any other food items on their menu yet, but if they are anywhere as good as the sandwich, this place deserves a Michelin star. I hope Plants survives. They seemed popular with local university students. It’s wonderful to have found such a yummy vegan restaurant in KZ.

An absolutely amazing fully vegan place with a great quality of food. Everything was super fresh, large quantities of food (we shared Tom yum soup between two people and were full after it). Great burgers too. We also ordered lemonade and it was super yummy! We highly recommend the place.
