Hit the spot!!! - Edit
I had the sausage, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich with tater tots, was so good and sooo filling. I would have a million times over. There was so many choices, healthy and a good burger as well.

Hit and miss service - Edit
The first time we happened across Plantiful was early morning. The restaurant server was friendly and the service was quick. They dont have space for eating in, so we took our food a block or so down the street to public seating. Our order consisted of pumpkin spice coffee and umami toast. Both were fantastic and at that point we would have given them 5 stars for both food and service. A day or 2 later we were in the same area and decided to quickly grab a couple of cups of the excellent pumpkin spice coffee. This time the employee was a young woman who appeared to be completely overwhelmed. She was not able to multitask and we waited a considerable amount of time just for take out coffee. We also noticed she did not change her plastic gloves and was touching everything including food with the same gloves she had previously used for the till, payment processing etc. Not a great experience.

Visiting Seattle and we’ve been eating here last few days, smoothies are delicious! Tried a few pizzas tonight they were delicious as well! Probably going to try the lattes and burgers tomorrow!

I enjoyed the tofu bahn mi, it was tasty and a little spicy. The service was great. There are no places to sit down or caffeinated drinks. ( I like my coffee)

Good range of drinks, smoothies and tea. - Edit
This place offers a range of food and drinks to take away (only). I had the blueberry smoothie, it was $11 and the counter staff suggested an additional tip. This made it quite expensive, but it was a very large size and the smoothie was delicious and a perfect cool down in the warm summer weather.

Just happened on this place in a very rare excursion from my office at lunchtime. Now I will venture out more often. The banh mi is quite good and my mocha matcha iced latte looks amazing.

I stopped by the new Plantiful Superfoods location downtown on 1st & Union. It’s a small space with takeout only.
Read moreI ordered the Monterey Burger w/ Chick’n patty (you can choose from 4 different proteins- no price difference) and a hot Ginger Beatz latte.
I got my order in just about 10 minutes. The burger & latte were both delicious.
This location is close to many buses (and light rail) with a short walk.
Prices are pretty normal for Seattle.
Pros: All vegan, Lots of options
Cons: Takeout only , Nowhere to sit while you’re waiting
