Absolutely Fantastic! - Edit
I ate and Plantbaed Cafe last weekend. I ordered the chickpea battered crispy fried oyster mushroom, served in between two freshly made kamut waffles, topped with agave nectar & powdered agave. It was sensational 🤩. It came out hot, fresh & delicious! NOTE: there are only two small tables inside, with 2 chairs each (4) total. Considering planning it as takeout in case there are no seats.
