I would recommend this place for a nice and enjoyable vegan date experience. The restaurant is dimly lit at night and they have a bar as well.

My Favorite dishes:
Sushi (Hands down the best Vegan Sushi I’ve ever had)
-Crispy rice (Spicy ahi watermelon, Avocado)
I’m a sucker for anything crispy, these are bite sized, but so delicious
-Torched and Pressed (Avocado, miso truffle glaze)
When I first tried this my taste buds went to heaven. Although I’m not a big fan of truffle, this was the perfect balance. It’s savory and melts in your mouth!
Avocado Lime Tartare - I was skeptical at first, but it’s actually a very delicious appetizer. Definitely would recommend this while you wait for your main dish or just want a quick bite.
Bang Bang Broccoli !! - Definitely my go to appetizer, the broccoli has the perfect crisp. It comes with a sweet chili & peanut sauce and it’s just perfect. I like to mix this with the truffle fried rice

We were there twice whole family from adult to 4 year old child. We basically tried almost all and our 4 year old LOVED the fried truffle rice. The wonton soup is excellent as the rest of the meals. We will keep coming back

You can not go wrong with any choice here. A bit pricey but so worth it. I get the brownie after every visit! Be sure to sign up for their rewards by paying with toast app. Brunch blew my mind!

Food was expensive and did not have much flavor. The sushi was great, but the entres and small dishes were all ok. Was very disappointed overall. Whenever my group of 4 went to leave, two of us at the same time said “Never again”. $10 per water bottle, all split 10 different menu items and the only thing that we liked was the dragon roll. The service was also slow, my friends got their food 20 minutes before i got mine

Amazing vegan Asian fusion - Edit
Lovely, creative Asian-fusion cuisine made vegan. The kale Caesar salad and cauliflower tots with truffle aioli were delicious. The Dan Dan noodles were excellent too - they tasted really authentic (spicy and oily, just the way it’s supposed to be) and the portion was enormous. I was surprised to learn that the “meat” in the Dan Dan noodles is actually made with kamut, a type of ancient grain! I love how Planta has a way of making amazing and creative dishes from plants instead of overly relying on mock meats. Friendly staff, efficient service, and aesthetic Instagram-worthy ambiance. Definitely stop by here if you're in Fort Lauderdale!

A wonderful upscale vegan restaurant. As other reviews have mentioned, it's pricey but it's worth it for a special occasion. We had their special Valentine's Day menu and it was amazing. The food and drinks were great, and the service was excellent.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated. It was hard to find parking. We had to walk a block to get there. The food was good. I'm a vegan & enjoyed it. The other members of my party are carnivores. None of them liked it. I ended up finishing every one elses food. This is not a place for children. Definitely not family friendly. This is more a restaurant for special occasions or to impress your vegan date. The service was very decent.

The restaurant name and decor scream "Caribbean Cuisine," but the menu is Japanese fusion that will blow your mind. Exquisite attention to detail, flavor profiles, and presentation. Save up and come here when you can, it's worth it (even worth putting up with the effort of the wait staff to come off as pretentious as possible LOL.. they can afford to relax a little bit).

Lots of great all vegan options including sushi, appetizers, small plates, wok and noodles. Very good flavors. Nice amount of spice. Good size servings. Many dishes had cilantro … I like it but my wife does not. Had the Bang Bang Broccoli, Singapore Noodles, and Spinach Dumplings. Excellent! Too much food though!

You know I love this place but you have some servers that really care and are very present. But then you have others that you're completely ignored their on their phones and chatting with the other employees. It's very sad because I like this place so much I do more take out because of this reason. If they did not pool tips service would be better.

The food and drinks were a absolutely delicious. The spicy tuna sushi roll in particular was my favorite bite, but it was all amazing. Service was impeccable as well. Make sure to make a reservation! It gets busy, especially on a Saturday night. We will definitely come back.

This makes the third of the 4 Plantas I have been to. Great place as well. My favorite is South Beach but all have great food. They offer a fixed price menu or a la carte. Cocktails hace inventive names and fabulous flavor. Each time we go to Planta we have a great experience.

Everything was good. Just be cautious bringing people who are on a high-minded all natural "unprocessed" diet. They probably won't like the many fried dishes.
