Closed down. AGAIN. after Collins. - Edit
I’m so tired of this restaurant closing down this food here was really good when it was on Collins. Reopened on Lincoln Lane I went there today and it’s closed again apparently new owners bought it and then it closed right after I don’t understand how a restaurant was such a good food cannot stay in business.

Closed as of June 19, 2024 - Edit
Just FYI …. I was so excited to eat here on vacation, but got there and it’s closed. Checked social media and there’s a message from a few days ago that says they’re “talking a temporary break and will close our doors for a little while….”

Great - Edit
Inside a food hall, very nice staff. The « egg » burger was delicious, same for the cheesecake and the mango smoothie. The avocado toasts were good but a bit too simple. Great value for Miami.

Cautiously Optimistic About Plant Theory’s Raw Delights - Edit
Navigating the sparse vegan landscape of Miami Beach, I ventured into Plant Theory with a hope to discover a culinary gem. Given the limited choices, I tried the raw lasagna and raw cheezecake. While the concept of raw vegan cuisine is promising, the execution fell short. The lasagna lacked the depth I hoped for, and the cheezcake, although decent, didn’t wow my palate. Situated within a bustling eatery, the ambiance is what you’d expect—lively and casual, suitable for a quick dine-in experience.

Nice burger but way to expensive - Edit
I had d burger with salad, the dressing wasn’t nice (it was kinda spicy) but the burger was very nice. But unfortunately it was way to expensive in my opinion. Almost 20$ for that burger was way to much. A cake is also more than 10$

Liebevoll & kreativ - Edit

Not impressed - Edit
I ordered the guava mariahh. It sounded great and it was recommended by the staff. It was musht jackfruit and a lot of spinach/lettuce. No guava flavor. In fact, not much flavor at all.
Read moreThe bun was over toasted. All this for $20. Pass on this place. ** I felt SICK to my stomach 30 min after eating this also. 😫

Great place to eat in Miami Beach with lots of other vendors and places to sit down and enjoy the food and vibe. Raw lasagne and quesadillas were really good believe it or not ! #Veganuary

Pros: Totalmente vegano, Comida saborosa, Ambiente agradável

Totally vegan, good variety - Edit
I had the jackfruit “bbq burguer” with guava bbq sauce and tortilla chips on the side. Delicious and satisfying. Service is prompt. The outlet is in a food hall and there are an assortment of other restaurants, many with vegan or vegetarian options, in the hall. Something for everyone.

Excellent customer service, but the menu needs more photos for reference and the vegetable meat needs a little cooking

Very yummi vegan food - Edit
It's inside the Lincoln Eatery with many other food stalls, cool atmosphere. The pricing is high like everywhere in South beach but the Neatball sub w/ salad and the cookie I had were deliscious! Unfortunately they give plastic cutlery even for dine in.

Tasty! - Edit
We took the “missing egg burger” and the Nachos. Both were good and with not obvious flavors. The price for being a fast food is a bit high.

Insanely Fresh & Delicious - Edit
We ordered the Southern Baked Artichik’n club, the Mama Mia! Raw Lasagna, a Passionfruit Paradise & Mango Mambo Juice. We couldn’t leave out dessert, the Rawsome Cheezecake. Everything was prepared quickly & incredibly delicious! I definitely would come back, next time I’m in the area!

Loved finding this vegan haven in Miami Beach, about a 10 minute walk from our hotel. Food was a bit pricey, but that Miami Beach. Lots of tasty offerings.

We enjoyed our dinner at Plant Theory! We especially liked the variety of burgers they had. The service was quick and friendly. My only regret is that they were out of several options when we went.

Good food but location not great - Edit
This place used to be located in a secluded hotel yard on Miami Beach, unfortunately now they are one of food stalls in the Lincoln Eatery with noisy outdoor seating. The food is still good tho.

Healthy and tasty food - Edit
The food was very good. The artichoke burger was amazing. And the food was tasty and felt healthy at the same time. I would definitely go back to have that burger again. I went with my group of vegan activists from Anonymous for the Voiceless from our Miami Chapter. If you are vegan and want to do activism find us on Facebook at AV: Miami, FL and join us as a voice for the animals. Sofía served us and she made a great job serving the 13 of us even after the time they usually close. I asked them if we could arrive just before they close and they were open to receive our group even when we were planning to arrive a few minutes before 10:00 PM and Sofia patiently took our orders and prepared all our food until after 11:00 PM. Thank you!
