Healthy and delicious, but very expensive - Edit
PROS:
Read more+vegan
+gluten-free
+sugar-free
+healthy
+delicious tasting foods of all sorts (smoothies, desserts, breakfast and lunch dishes)
CONS:
-very expensive (although I understand that food prices typically increase, when 'healthier' alternatives are used.)
-often items are already sold out, even when I get there for a very early lunch
-lots of items contain nuts, meaning less items to choose from if you have a nut allergy
Summarizing, if you want to eat healthy and have deeper pockets to pay for it, this will be a good option for you. Although I like the food, I don't come often because it's just too expensive for the portion sizes.
Cons: price

Yummy food - Edit
This restaurant was very cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated! It has a very peaceful, welcoming vibe.
Read moreWe tried the banana pancakes and the quinoa chorizo tacos. The tacos were just okay to me. They were underwhelming. Afterward, I wished I had tried the chickpea scramble bowl, but I wanted to try something out of the norm for myself. The banana pancakes were delicious, but felt the serving size was small.

Cute Restaurant - Good Food - Edit
Place has a cute aesthetic. Very clean, bright and cozy. Had brunch here and it was very satisfying. I will absolutely come back to eat next time I’m in OKC.

WFPB at its best - Edit
Good variety of options for breakfast or lunch. There are also some great items in the cooler to go (e.g. overnight oats, energy bites, packaged bagels, etc.). We ended up dining in. The restaurant is right on Walker north of the rotary around 11th street in Midtown. Great parking in back and there were spots open for us during the lunch hour.
Read moreI had the tacos (as the salad I wanted was sold out) and my friend had a bowl. Mine was delicious and he confessed that his was outstanding. Great cilantro cream sauce with cubed sweet potato, black beans, etc. It had a nice balance of flavors and with my freshly made mint tea, the two worked well together.
They are open until 6pm, so this would also be a good place to pick up a meal on the way home. I've not been to the Edmond location, but since that is closer to my home I am sure to dine there as well.
Pros: Lots of options, Whole Food, Little oil, salt
Cons: Pricey - spent $20 on tacos and a drink, Limited seating for lunch - can be crowded, Even though no wait, still waited 25 min for food

I love this place - Edit
Yes this place is a little expensive but I still love it. I always leave super happy. The workers are all so nice/helpful and the environment is great! I feel like the price is worth it for the experience and the fact you don’t have to worry about additives in your food. I have IBS and most of their food is super neutering for your body!

Not worth the money - Edit
They use really clean ingredients and the shop is cute. However, while the food and drinks are fine, it just does not meet the price point at all.

Way overpriced - Edit
Was excited to try this place out while in OKC, however i was disappointed. I ordered the southwest salad. It was $15 and i couldn’t believe how underwhelming it was. It came in a to go container but it was so light. It was majority kale and a few carrots and toppings. The taste was okay, but not restaurant quality. On top of that $15 for basically a side salad = disappointing.

Nice place, but not 100% vegan - Edit
A great new plant-based option in OKC, but please note that this is not an exclusively vegan restaurant.
Read moreI've been wanting to check out Plant since they opened and finally had an opportunity to recently. I went for the Sunday brunch a little afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I was able to order quick and find a table for myself. There is not a large amount of seating inside, but there are small tables outside as well and the ability to order your food and drink to-go.
Everyone here was very friendly and struck up conversation, even when it got busier. It felt very inviting for this reason.
Although I am vegan, I enjoy “classic” comfort food and can eat a surprising amount in one sitting. This is part of why I opted for brunch, where the plates looked more full.
I went with the Breakfast Hash and I was pleased to see a relatively large plate of potatoes and veggies. Some of the reviews and photos had me worried about portion sizes, but that wasn't an issue here. The dish was flavorful, I loved the mixture of veggies with the potatoes and the cashew-miso dressing was delicious. Despite my appetite, this dish was enough to fill me up by itself.
Plant was a great stop for a quick brunch. Before you get too concerned about prices or portions sizes, I'd highly recommend you come here for brunch. If you do want something lighter or even just a smoothie, Plant will be great for you as well.
For the vegan purists, note the careful wording about the restaurant and on the menus. They are careful to say “plant-based” and not “vegan.” There are several drinks and dishes that contain bee pollen, honey and other non-vegan ingredients. I’m also mildly concerned that some dishes may not be vegan, but you might not know for sure unless you ask.
Aside from those details, I'm happy that Oklahoma City has a new plant-based restaurant like this!

Overpriced - Edit
Very small portions and ridiculously overpriced. I got one of their bowls and they leave 2/3s of the plate completely empty. The food tasted okay, definitely not worth the price though. Very sad, I was looking forward to the opening.

Delicious but pricy - Edit
So far I’ve had a smoothie ($11 for 16 oz) and a lemonade ($7 for 16oz minus ice cubes) from Plant. Both were absolutely fantastic, but the prices were more than I can afford very often. I would definitely recommend this place if cost isn’t a concern for you.
