Food is ok but the cashier was mixing food at the same time , person cooking her hair was loose they were coughing and sneezing , their business is no to eat in yet while others restaurants are now, you can see everything was unorganized and not because I am vegan means you can buy this, bad service #Veganuary

My family and I decided to give this place a try because of the great reviews, and we were in the area. The food was very bland, and the burrito was possibly the worst burrito I’ve ever eaten. There are so many amazing vegan restaurants out there. Sadly this one is not one of them.

Excellent restaurant. Food is really good. My non-vegan friend enjoyed it as well. Pick up available at this time. Only one table available outside, but the food is well worth it. Staff is very helpful and pleasant 😊

Took a non vegan friend to this restaurant, and we both absolutely loved the food! We got the loaded nachos, carne quesadilla, and I took potato tacos home. Everything was delicious, I had such a hard time picking just a few menu items! The service was friendly and when there was a bit of a delay with the food, the server gave me a free cookie. I really appreciated that!

I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the food before I ate it. It was so good!! I really liked their wings (I got garlic parm) I also ordered the taco plate, with tamarind agua fresca. Very delicious! I will be back!!

I have been vegan for over 2 years but this is the best Mexican food I have had in my entire life I think! Enchiladas and drumsticks were just so dang scrumptious and the Jalapeno poppers were giant!

Food here is great! Authentic Mexican food all vegan. Not sure why happy cow keeps saying it is closed. They have moved out of the car wash and are very much open on Main Street.

I'm sure enough is written about the location, so I'll go straight to the food. We have tried almost everything and have not had a bad meal. I'm an enchilada guy so I go for those and love them. There is obviously a lot of time and love put into the food.

I’m so glad I found this little gem! It’s a little difficult to find because it’s actually located inside a car wash. While the place doesn’t look very special, the food itself is worth the trip. I ordered a lot and stuffed myself full. The jackfruit nachos & tacos are to die for. The food is amazing and priced at a decent price point. I would definitely come back whenever I feel like eating some amazing plant based Mexican food.

Amazing, authentic Mexican cuisine - Edit
I ended up in El Monte for work and found this gem via Happy Cow. The location is awkward (inside an auto detail shop), but the food is AMAZING. I had a quesadilla with jackfruit tinga as my protein choice and it was easily the BEST vegan quesadilla I’ve ever had! The beans were cooked to perfection and their sauces are full of savory flavor. Definitely want to voyage out here again and try the rest of their menu!

Small little place with a few good options. I wanted the burrito or nachos. I went with the wet burrito (jackfruit) it was SOOOO yummy! Their red sauce is delicious!!! I can’t wait to go back. Just wish they were open later. Many time I can’t have dinner until 7 or 8 and they are already closed :(

So my friend and I went here because I was craving tacos, this place got my cravings satisfied and I didn't have to drive all the way to LA. My friend isn't vegan, but she loved the quesadilla she got. Oh don't even start me with their guac.

Awesome Vegan Spot In El Monte - Edit
Wow just wow. Where do I start. We tried alot of items on the menu and everything was delicious. We tried the vegan pozole 4 different kinds of tacos and the cauliflower wings which were spicy and mouthwatering. So happy to have a vegan spot in El Monte a mile away from our house. I'm definitely a regular now haha.
