Amazing, informative, casual WFPB No-Oil cooking classes!

Jill is amazing teacher who loves to share the health benefits of a whole food plant-based no-oil HEALTHY vegan diet. Her passion to guide others on this journey to better health and disease prevention is inspiring and leaves you with actionable steps to continue at home with easy and delicious recipes. While I have seen her teach larger classes at various events in the past, I just experienced my first retreat with her and a small group of attendees. With only four other guests, we were all able to participate in hands-on cooking classes and enjoyed wonderful meals together, with Jill always ready to answer our questions. Our stay was “bed and breakfast style” in beautiful South Haven just across the street from the beach, where we took daily walks to the lighthouse pier or through the neighborhood. Each day had several hours of free time worked in, so we could also check out the local shops in town or just enjoy hanging out on the deck or cozy couch reading, journaling or meditating on what we learned. I came home feeling reenergized and healthier—both physically and mentally. Such a great experience...I highly recommend!
