Cosy little family run cafe/restaurant, full of Plant Eat.Licious treats :)
Read moreFINALLY A VEGAN CHEESE THAT MELTS AMAZING!! 100% recommend the feta filo pastry to either share or to have for yourself!
tried the BBQ Cauli Wing ‘Poke’ bowl or similar thing bowl and it was one of the best things I have had in a long time. Then my sister had the mushroom on toast and it made me want to also get ha! Cannot wait to go back and try some more.
Friendly welcoming from the minute we walked in and offered a drink straight away which was nice and then also have a family friendly atmosphere which was a lovely touch. Also staff was very useful with advice and also info on dishes
would highly recommend to any vegan or non vegan visiting Bath x
Pros: Vegan Quality, GOOD VEGAN CHEESE, friendly staff

Stumbled across this in bath, where we ran into our sister who had just

Will have to visit again! It only opened a few months ago and seems to be doing well. As a note for visitors with mobility challenges, there are steep steps down to the cafe, but they do have a railing. Be careful #veganuary #Veganuary

I often come here for an amazing latte and brunch. The staff is lovely, the atmosphere is calm and has beautiful plants everywhere. The food has never disappointed and the owners are Ethical vegans. Truthfully one of my favorite places here in southwest England.

Makes me miss the old Chapel Arts Cafe that was here before. What was a great space then has become totally soulless now, and you can get better vegan food and drink in any other cafe. Really not sure why the other reviews for this place are so positive…

Just off the beaten track lovely fully vegan cafe. Great cappuccino and delicious cakes. We had lunch the ‘chicken’ burger and regular burger, both were great, lovely atmosphere, relaxed and dog friendly. Will definitely revisit with our dog and try the breakfast.

Very nice cafe - Edit
It’s fab to have another vegan cafe in this area again, hooray! They’ve created a truly lovely space at the old Chapel Arts. We had the pancakes for breakfast with green juice and soya cappuccinos (oat and coconut milks also available). While the juice was thankfully not too sweet, I would say that the pancakes, although lovely and very generous (5 pancakes), had too much sugar in the batter for my taste - I think it would have been better to have made the batter with less sugar and then the customer could have decided for themselves how much maple syrup/chocolate sauce to add. Of course this is just my personal preference, though my partner thought the same. Having said that, we will definitely come back as there is a good selection of pastries, plus they have vegan meringues!

Amazing food - light, refreshing and healthy. Lots of tea selections and good coffee. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. A little on the expensive side and portion sizes aren't the largest. Good for a quick break fast or light lunch.

So very happy I found this! - Edit
First time while searching we walked past it, but then found it a few steps away from the main road. It was so cute with a great atmosphere, a great place to sit, eat and rest a bit. The menu was good, and the food was very nice. I felt like it was cooked with care. I enjoyed a milkshake and some afternoon snacks. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Perfect vegan spot - Edit
For somewhere that has opened so recently, the menu is great and well thought through. I’d struggle to find a lot of the options anywhere else! Beautiful interior design and defo gives vegan vibes! Lack of one star purely down to my own choice - I had the Zalmon buddha bowl which I thought would be actual plant based salmon but I think it was carrot (this is just personal pref!) but also had a choc milkshake which was to die for & my non- vegan boyfriend had There won’t be mushroom left which he LOVED!! Would certainly go back for more!

Not the best - Edit
Visited as had previously had a few amazing take aways from the street food stall by same people and had been excited to try the cafe. Sadly for me the menu was full of the same old vegan options you get in non vegan Venues. Husband had falafel which looked good and he really enjoyed, I opted for the vegan salmon which was bland and overpriced for the size of the portion, I left hungry. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive or friendly. Atmosphere was lacking but it was a really hot weekday so may be much better on a cooler day! Not sure I will return here on my next visit to Bath which is a shame.

Great new vegan cafe. Could be even better. - Edit
Lovely new vegan cafe. Must visit! Thank you for opening in Bath!
Read moreIt was quiet when we visited, although we were assured they had been busy the day before. It's a shame because having a new fully vegan eatery/cafe in Bath is great. It is down some steps and so I thought we were going into a dark basement but nothing could have been further from the truth. It is lovely and bright with great decor and I think the plants and wall art really add something.
Great that you have an outside seating area too and saw a dog bowl so assume dogs are welcome.
I had an oat latte which was spot on and the mushrooms on toast dish ( forget the name) which was so lovely. The bread they use is really nice granary seeded sourdough type bread and the mushrooms were well-cooked. I also had the carrot cake which was lovely.
I would only say that the staff looked a bit miserable! People love to come somewhere where the staff are warm and friendly. It really makes a difference and makes you feel welcome. Also, it was our first time there and we didn't know how things worked. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable so I would suggest welcoming people as they come in. (We didn't know whether it was table service or not. Maybe a sign on the table to explain?) I understand this may not be possible when you are busy, but when we came there were only four people in the cafe so was definitely possible.
The food I had was great, but I did feel that there wasn't that much choice on the menu. Also, some people might want to just pop in and pick sth up to take back to their place of work, and there were no ready sandwiches or salads.
Pros: All vegan!, Tasty food choices and great coffee!, You can sit inside or outside
Cons: Staff were not forthcoming enough, looked unhappy, Lack of options on menu

Read moreWe are dog and child friendly! And you chose our best seller, ‘There won’t be mushroom left’, we are so glad you enjoyed it!
We try our hardest to greet every customer and let them know that we will take their order at the table so I’m sorry you found this not to be the case!
In terms of food to go; all of our dishes can be made to go, we have paninis, crisp and cakes ready to go however, we are short for space at the moment having only opened a month ago. But we have taken on your advice and hope to have more ready-to-go sandwiches and salads soon!

Fresh but... - Edit
Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, tasty fresh juice. Located downstairs from street level, you have to look for the signs.
Read moreWe ordered the onion fritters which arrived as a much larger portion than expected but were a bit bland (needed salt) and had a bit much mayo applied to an already greasy (fried) food. The bed of leafy greens were perfect with a good squeeze of lemon to help cut the oiliness of the fritters.
We also ordered "There won't be mushroom left". Also a bit bland and a little dry.
I'd try it again but order something else. I'm certain there were some other items on the menu which are better.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We have decided to take your comments on board and we will be adding salt and pepper shakers to each table for you to add as much as you’d like to your dish. It seems that you have order our two best sellers, so I’m sorry to hear they weren’t your favourites. In terms of the sauce on the onion fritters, you can request them to be on the side next time if you prefer.
