Kats kitchen - Edit
Popped in for drinks. They were OK but not outstanding....
Read moreCosy. Lovely, happy, vibrant staff.
Note. Menu picture from 02/22 is out of date. They only do soya or GF oat mylk now. No almond (I think he said killing bees) and no coconut (not low miles)
Didn't try any food. Nothing took our fancy.

Absolutely delicious - Edit
Fancied a quick bite to eat in Keswick after coming off the mountains before heading home and saw a big PLANTS sign so had to check it out haha and I wasn’t disappointed! Very friendly service and amazing food and I got to have PATE which I haven’t eaten since turning vegan 2 years ago and it tasted very similar to how I remember it. Also had a stuffed squash and carrot cake to finish, all were delicious.

Good all rounder - Edit
Had the lentil goulash which came with tasty sourdough and a lovely side salad, and also ordered some rosemary roast potatoes on the side. It was all really good and felt very wholesome and healthy…. and then I had the Jaffa cake cake. This cake was delicious! Plus they even put a little candle in it because it was my birthday - how nice was that!

Super cute little cafe with a great menu. Some delicious bowls and a separate burger menu (all Moving Mountains patties though). The Jaffa cake was probably one of the best cakes we ever had. Don't miss this when you're in the area

Loved our lunch at Kats kitchen, we tried the Aussie burgers and we both said they were probably the best we had ever tried and were perfectly presented with potatoes and salad.

We had a delicious breakfast at kats kitchen this week! I had the brekky burrito which was so yummy and my partner had the full brekky with a caramel milkshake which he enhaled! Gorgeous cafe with a lovely mezzanine overlooking the river, the staff were really lovely and very reasonably priced. Also the pocket pie I took away with me was gorgeous! Will definately be back next time we're in the area :)

Nice cafe by the river - Edit
Great cafe with lots of food options and a range of coffees and other hot drinks. Small number of savoury pastries, all cooked fresh in their kitchen. Staff were lovely and welcoming.
Read moreWasn’t the best food I’ve had in the Lakes, and coffee wasn’t to my taste - but the options available and warm and friendly staff made up for that.
They also have a small shop with vegan produce, which was a gem of a find as the local co-ops can vary in what they have in stock.
