I only regret not ordering more! - Edit
My husband and I were traveling through Memphis and found PBHE on Happy Cow. It was a short walk from our hotel. We ordered the tuna salad sandwich and the BBQ vegan smoked sausage sandwich with cole slaw. Oh, my stars. As a vegan of over 15 years, the tuna salad sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. It was served on Texas Toast-style bread and the seasoning was (insert chef’s kiss). The smoked BBQ sausage was also delicious (the sauce, people, the sauce! So good.). My only regret was not ordering more of their food to try. This place is absolutely amazing!

Delicious Vegan Oasis in Memphis - Edit
I'm on a big road trip and this stop in Memphis has been tough to find vegan options. Plant Based Heat has delicious comfort food and really kind staff. Will be back before leaving town.

Great food and vibes!! - Edit
We loved the food here and the owner/person who helped us was very nice! We had the vegan smoked sausage w/ the onions & bell pepper add on & the blackened lions mane mushroom sandwich. Both were VERY good. Our only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that they were VERY small portions for a high price. They are brand new in this location so it’s possible that the costs will go down as they get more established. Amazing food, would come back!
