The service is awful and the waiter is disrespectful!!

I went there today, the food was delicious, but the service was awful. They forced me to pay extra money (for service), which was not mentioned in the bill. They were so rude and disrespectful, I will never go there again and I do not recommend it.

Pros: food

Cons: the sercvice is bad, They dont respect clients

Nice

Nice to see multiple vegan options at a pizzeria. I didn’t have the vegan cheese because I don’t like violife but opted for a pizza without cheese and it was nice. Good service, understands the concept of veganism.

Such an unpleasant experience

The pizza tasted really good. That’s the only reason why I’m giving at least two stars. But apart from that, we had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When I ordered the waiter didn’t really pay attention to me and I already asked myself, if he had heard, that I wanted vegan cheese on my pizza. But I didn’t say it again, because I said it loud and clear the first time. When our food came, my boyfriend had vegan cheese on his pizza, but I had real cheese. I went to the waiter and said to him (friendly!) that I ordered vegan cheese. He replied really unfriendly that I didn’t say that. I told him that I did, only for him to reply again for two or three times that I didn’t (again in such an unfriendly way). He didn’t take me seriously at all and was really disrespectful. Only when my boyfriend said that I ordered vegan cheese and that he heard it, the waiter said that he would bring me another pizza (but you could still tell, that he was pissed and didn’t want to). This experience really destroyed our mood. Especially because I don’t think, that he would have talked to an older man like that.

Pros: Good taste, Big portion

Cons: Didn’t get a vegan pizza at first , Such an unfriendly waiter
