Let's just say we would not recommend.
Read moreYess there are a few vegan options but the Arrabiata I ordered was not so good that I would give everything else a pass.
You have to pay extra to get your leftovers to take away with you.
We didn't get a cart at first, with our pasta we didn't get cutlery, no salt or pepper, oil and vinegar.
I would say the staff was youst overwhelmed with to much customers but as I said, the pasta was just not worth it.
I did like that they had a selection of alcohol free aparetives.
Maybe the Pizza is tough.

The pizza was great, but the service was careless. We got a pizza with cheese when we asked for a vegan one.

Best Italian Restaurant in town for Vegans! - Edit
Although Weimar has relatively good options for Vegans, considering the size of the city, it might be hard to find an Italian Restaurant with vegan options. Luckily there is Napoli. They have some vegan dishes on their menu and although it is not clearly marked (yet), you can ask for vegan cheese for your pizza. They also have plant-based milk and even some gluten-free options.
