La pizzeria offre pizze romane alla pala di altissima qualità. Impasto perfetto, ingredienti eccezionali, abbinamenti pure. Ho provato la pizza con crema di zucca, zucca, porcini (tanti!) e salvia fritta. Che dire: strepitosa. Bella marinara (o in generale nelle pizze rosse) il pomodoro è un San Marzano fantastico. Il proprietario è pure molto attento e vegan friendly.
