One pizza feeds two - Edit
So excited to visit the sister restaurant of Frankie's after a great experience there. We ate in the adorable barn in back and had super sweet service. We get cauliflower a lot to see how it is prepared in different places. This one was simple and savory, not fried or breaded and in a cute French onion soup bowl. We shared a thin crust tartufo pizza with mushrooms and arugula and vegan mozz of course. We were full with one appetizer and one pizza. The wine by the glass was good too. So psyched to have a vegan pizza menu, one of my favorite things in the world. Make reservations on the weekends.

Gourmet pizza with vegan menu - Edit
My go-to option at Boema is the vegan tartufo with lots of mushrooms—mmmmm! This time I ordered the vegetarian special with vegan cheese, and it was super-yummy. I love that they have a separate vegan menu—it makes ordering so simple. The space is airy and bright, and during the summer they open the barn in back. It’s a great place to get takeout if you’re going to Tanglewood. Just be sure to order way ahead of time, as they tend to be packed in the summer.

Surprise in the Berkshires - Edit
This place was a nice little find on a day trip to the Berkshires. Their restaurant is beautiful, and they have a separate vegan menu. Gluten free options available but aren’t celiac safe due to a shared oven. Pizza was amazing and everything you could want in a pizzeria. Full Italian bar available too. #Veganuary

I got the Frankies pizza on gluten-free cauliflower crust. The crust was better than your ordinary gluten-free crust. It was nice and crispy on the edges but not so much in the middle. The vegan cheese and vegan sausage were excellent versions. The peppers were fresh and the arugula was fresh too.

There are 4 clearly marked vegan pizzas on the menu, and you can veganize other pizzas. I had the Tartufo and swapped mozz for vegan cheese (for an extra $1) - delicious!

They offer a vegan menu with several pizzas to enjoy. Tried two and got a salad off their regular menu without cheese. Everything was fantastic and the atmosphere is great too!

Read moreBoema has 4 pizzas, I tried the ones without vegan cheese, but you can add vegan cheese or vegan sausage for an additional charge.
The pizzas weren’t anything to obsess over but they were good and would immediately help any vegans pizza craving!
Their sister restaurant next door, Frankie’s, is an Italian spot also with an Vegan menu if you’d like to order pick up from them too and have more options like I did!
Pros: Seperate vegan menu! , Vegan cheese and sausage, Cute and cozy place
Cons: Pizza wasn’t amazing , On the pricier side for what you’re getting
