Stumbled across Pizza Paco and we were impressed by the range of vegan options. There is a specific vegan section of the menu. The pizza was lovely. A good size, plenty of toppings, and the vegan chorizo was impressively realistic. Perfect amount of cheese for my tastes.
Read moreIt is a great place to sit with a lovely atmosphere for people-watching. We didn't feel rushed at all. Staff were friendly and prices were good for Barcelona.
We'd definitely revisit Pizza Paco.

Too much (vegan) cheese on the pizzas - Edit
The place has a good selection of vegan pizzas (with vegan cheese and also vegan chorizo). So that's good. However, they put far too much cheese on the pizzas - the big lake of molten cheese on the pizzas completely dominated the flavours of all the other toppings, which was a pity. For me, it would have been perfect with 1/3 the cheese but then twice the tomato sauce underneath. As it was, I left the place with a lump of cheese lying heavy in the stomach. (Perhaps one can ask them not to overdo it with the cheese?) But service was friendly and fast, and the setting of the outdoor seating is nice.

I got a the vegetable and mushroom pizza!! It was delicious and hot!! The cheese was so real i had my non vegan family try it first!! Cheese pull was so realistic even my non vegan family enjoyed this pizza!! They even offer a vegan calzone and a vegan desert!!🍕

It's a nice place with a separate vegan menu that includes several veggie-based pizzas and a calzone. I would give it full rating if they had some type of meat replacement on pizza or a greater variety of vegan options (other than pizza). The day I was there they also had vegan chocolate cake, but I did not get to try it.

They have quite a few options for vegan pizza which I love! I had the vegan chorizo pizza which was not on the menu but offered on one of the signs in front of the restaurant. I really liked the dough, it was thin an crispy. For me personally, the taste of the cheese they used was a bit overwhelming but I think if you order one with a lot of veggies it wouldn’t be so noticeable! One thing I found quite weird ist that they charged 10-80 cents more (compared to the prices in the menu) for every dish on the check, the waiter couldn’t really tell me why. So maybe have an eye on that!

I love this place and their food and they have always been friendly to me. But I'm a bit disappointed of the last time I tried to go there. I was working all day long and some non vegan friends told me they would come to the city to have dinner with me so I recommended them to go to Pizza Paco. They called to book a table but they told my friends they didn't make any reservation so they had to go to the restaurant and see. I was the first one to arrive and I asked for a table and my surprise was to see two empty tables but they told me they were reserved. So I told them my friends tried to book a table some hours before and they were said Pizza Paco don't accept reservations, but then the workers told me they do bookings but only inside not at the terrace. The thing is my friends never asked to be inside or outside, they didn't care, we just wanted a nice place to sit and have a good dinner together. So probably I'll choose another more reliable place next time. I'm so sorry because I loved Pizza Paco.
