Created a separate vegan menu in 2018 offering choices including: starters like marinated olives and vegan dough balls, multiple varieties of pizzas (uses vegan cheese & faux meats), an al forno penne pasta, alcoholic drinks like cider and beer, fruit sorbet and carrot cake for dessert. Soya milk is available for coffee and tea. Outside of the UK the options may vary so check with your server. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri 11:30-23:00, Sat 11:30-21:00, Sun 11:30-22:00.

Good vegan pizzas and extra options on the vegan menu - Edit
I always forget to ask if they have a vegan menu. Very impressed with the amount of options they have. As for what we got. Dough balls were nice but not great, garlic bread was nice and the vegan cheese was also good.

Vegan options are clearly marked on the main menu and they have a comprehensive allergen list to sub items on the regular menu. Kids menu also has lots of options inc ice lollies and soy babychinos.

Pizza express has a good vegab menu with around 4 pizza options. Use mozzarisella cheese which is great on pizza, staff have good understanding. Also has several starters and a couple of desserts.

Unexpectedly good! - Edit
I don't usually eat at chain restaurants which are not vegetarian as they don't usually offer anything decent choices and having been gluten free for three years I thought pizza would be a definite no no. However thanks to growing awareness of food sensitivities/ allergies and thus restaurants wanting to accommodate everybody, my partner and I found ourselves at this pizza express. I must admit the location made the choice for us,over looking the bay! We had the gf dough balls to start accompanied by balsamic and oil (the garlic butter is obviously not vegan!). I had the super food salad, changing the dressing for oil and vinegar again making it vegan and gf. It was a very good sized portion and full of lovely flavours and textures. My partner opted for the gf pizza with vegan topping and even vegan cheese! He was a bit disappointed with the size, which is markedly smaller than the gluten pizzas, but enjoyed it. The manager was super helpful,informing me that they will be bringing out more vegan and gf desserts very soon, at the moment the only thing on offer is sorbet, better than nothing but we decided against it. All in all a good meal and with an online voucher making it very affordable plus a free portion of dough balls for our next visit I will definitely visit again!
