Most vegan options in Gillette - Edit
Plus, they advertise pesticide- and herbicide-free flours. The food was delicious and we will definitely return.

Nice light lunch in a town with few options. The most beautiful salad with finely chopped red onion and purple sprouts. Very good service too.

Amazing Vegan Monster Pizza. The place is well worth stopping at and ordering a 14' pizza for your self and having some for leftovers (you will not want to share). The pizza is light yet packed with roasted vegetables. Stop by for the happy hour to get a few dollars off your pizza.

Vegan Monster! - Edit
If you ever find yourself in Gillette, WY, the Vegan Monster (I added black olives and ask for them to go easy on the olive oil) will take care of your vegan needs. Best vegan pizza I have had, and I try a lot. Friendly and warm staff is an added bonus... oh, and great local beer. Win win win.

delicious specifically vegan pizza! - Edit
Driving through Gillette and we were so excited to find a place that offered a specially vegan pizza! It was called the vegan monster and it was loaded up with tomato sauce, red and yellow bell peppers, green onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, basil and garlic infused olive oil. Yum! So delicious. It was 20 dollars for a 14 inch which was enough for the two of us. I would definitely be a regular here if I lived in the area!

We were really happy to find a vegan option. besides the fact that options were limited the prices were really high. We ended up with a 70$ bill for 4 people!
