Great to be included but... - Edit
So this is NOT the spot to go to if you are looking for a wow or great experience with pizza. This place is super mediocre. It's great that you can sit down and have dinner or take out with your family and feel included and that's about it. I got a flatbread aka cheesy bread pizza and another build your own kind of veggie pizza and it gave me school/frozen microwave pizza vibes. I'm glad I got two things because the way the host /check out clerk was talking about the food as if these options were on the bigger portion side😄. Anywho, they are getting a three star because it's an inclusive spot and that's it. I do not recommend it. I would have gotten fries from five guys over this.

Disappointing and confusing last resort - Edit
Our usual place was closed so we decided to get take-out from Elizabeth's. The pick-up section of their website did not list any vegan cheeses, so I decided to give them a call - was immediately placed on a 5 minute hold. Okay, no big deal. I eventually got to confirm that vegan cheese was indeed available for take-out items (makes sense), so I placed my order and was told that the pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes. It might as well have been, but I wouldn't know because finding them was somewhat of a nightmare (following the signs at the shopping center took me to a hallway blocked off by patio furniture..?). Still would have been okay, but here's why it's not:
Read more1) While the pizza was perfectly enjoyable, it was nothing special, and it was most certainly not worth the $21 I paid for a mere 12 inches;
2) They have absolutely zero vegan "meat" toppings, which is just bizarre considering they offer two vegan cheese options;
3) I am only now finding out - from other reviews and their toasttab menu - that there is apparently a vegan crust available for $2.50 extra, which infuriates me for a number of reasons. First of all, the only crusts listed on their website are plain, honey-wheat, and a gluten-free one - no mention of a vegan one. Second, I have to wonder if this special vegan crust even exists, or if they are just charging extra for the heck of it. Pizza dough is universally made with flour, water, yeast, salt, and maybe some sugar and olive oil - all vegan ingredients. If there is, in fact, a "vegan" crust, why charge an extra $2.50 for it? And why not mention it to someone asking for a plain sauce, vegan cheese, and no meat?
Pros: Open later than most veg*n places in the area
Cons: Confusingly inconsistent menu, Overpriced, Difficult to locate

Overpriced and frankly gross - Edit
Went here with Omni family and was disgusted. $2.50 extra for vegan crust and $2.50 extra for vegan cheese. Total cost was $22.50. The pizza was so small! I got a regular and it was 10” in diameter and my BIL non vegan MINI pizza was $13 for 9”. Almost $10 more for the extra inch in diameter which was mostly crust anyway. The vegan crust was gross with no rise and was super “healthy” tasting and had seeds and a non crust flavor. They had a variety of toppings, but it didn’t make up for the fact that the crust was gross and I was still hungry after eating. Would highly not recommend. Cheaper and better to get a frozen dayia pizza
Read morePros: Lots of toppings , Vegan cheese
Cons: Vegan tax is $5 a pizza, Servings are small and prices are HIGH, Vegan pizza dough is dry and gross

3 VEGAN CHEESES - Edit
3 dairy free cheeses, yep. I will say that I wish they had like a vegan sausage or pepperoni, but still have plenty of veggie options like Mushrooms & eggplant!

Vegan options (with upcharges) - Edit
While it was nice vegan pizza options are available (including a vegan dough and multiple cheese options) there’s an additional charge for both. Pricey to begin with, and more so with the extra vegan tax.

Create your own vegan pizza! - Edit
You can pick a vegan crust, Daiya mozzarella or cheddar, and a plethora of veggies/vegan toppings including pine nuts, rosemary sautéed onions, and fresh herbs. Delicious. Made to order. Staff are very friendly and professional.

pricey but great - Edit
Entering PBE you get the sense your stepping into a very swanky restaurant - it's in a strip mall but the location is Greenville one of the most affluent towns in the state. You enter into a lovely rustic Italian setting - with cafe like seating, a lovely water fixture dripping a soothing soundtrack. The interior is just as lovely - expansive hardwood floors, lovely custom designed bar in the center.

Yes. But they are truly exceptional. For fellow vegans, the pizza part is easy - they offer two vegan cheese options and an exceptional selection of fresh veg options.
Nearly every salad has cheese but they will gladly make it vegan. They also have a separate very efficient take out that I've used before.
Pros: beautiful room, very professional and accommodating staff
Cons: too expensive
