Lots of Veg Options!! - Edit
This place is a build your own pita/wrap/salad place. Lots of veggies and FOUR vegan protein options!!! Quite a few sauces are vegan too. The staff was very nice about looking up ingredients for me too, as I wasn't certain if the black bean patty or falafel were also gluten free(they aren't). I was also impressed that the sauce bottles had stickers showing which were vegan, gluten free and free of several other allergens. I got a hummus wrap. It was packed with fresh veggies and very filling. The staff was extra careful about cross contamination, so I felt very safe eating there. There was enough variety that I could see myself eating there often without ever getting bored.
