When I went to Piroshki Piroshki the line was long but it moved quickly. The store had two vegan options. I liked the Impossible Piroshki which reminded of a vegan sausage roll from Greggs. Limited seating is available in the back area. I would stop by here again if I were nearby.

My babcia would be rolling in her grave to hear that I loved these piroshky so much. Three vegan savory options: impossible beef and onion; chorizo black bean and veggie; and potato onion. Clearly labeled as vegan. (The chorizo one just says “veggie”, but I confirmed it is indeed vegan.) No sweet options, unless you eat honey.

Classic Seattle Staple - Edit
Recently I found out that they now offer two vegan prioshky options which meant my heart was singing. Both are savory - a Chipotle Soy prioshky and a Mushroom & Potato one, both at around $7 each.
Read moreLoved both of these options! My favorite was definitely the mushroom & potato option as it was a hearty blend of comfort veggies inside a golden, doughy bun. Perhaps one day they'll be able to offer a sweet, vegan friendly option but I'm satisfied with what they offer now.
Don't be intimidated by the long line. It moves fast, and if anything, you're probably looking at the line for the 'first' Starbucks right behind it. Make sure you review the menu prior to entering the small shop so that you can order and get out of their quickly.

Although they only have 2 options: Impossible Beef/Onion and Potato/Mushroom, the crust is the flakiest most deliciously decadent pastry crust.

They offer two vegan options: potato mushroom and Imposible beef with onion. The pastry crust was the best part. The potato and mushroom filling was good, though I would always prefer to see vegan options without mushrooms. (Personal preference.) I sometimes find Impossible too meaty—something about the filling flavor or texture didn’t quite work for me. But it might be that I bought two, and they’re not small, and I was struggling by the time I got to the Impossible pastry.

Line out the door for this tiny location but the workers were fast and friendly. Vegan items clearly marked. They have an impossible meat and onion piroshki that has been in my dreams ever since! We also got the mushroom and potato which was very good with ketchup. Lastly, they said they only thing in the apple dessert piroshki keeping it from vegan is honey so we got that one too. All of them were very good! I could eat here everyday and be very happy!

Line out the door but moved quickly. Split a potato and mushroom piroshky and a beyond beef and onion one. The pastry was flaky and beautiful. I expected the beyond beef to be kinda dry in the pastry but it was actually moist and flavorful. The potato and mushroom one was very good but the beyond beef was better
