Follow Your Heart

I've been to a different Piola before. This particular one is super small in comparison and a little difficult to spot if you don't know where it is. The pizza has a really great crust: it's super thin and made in a brick oven. My only complaint is that they use Follow Your Heart cheese which is not as cheesy as Daiya. It gives the pizza a more creamy texture though which is also nice, just not my favorite.
