Regular pinsa and not even good - Edit
Veg options disappeared from menu and we got a Ratatouille pinsa minus cheese, which was begrudgingly accepted. Pinsa burned so didn’t taste as good. #Veganuary

They don’t have vegan options like in the description. It’s just like any other pizza place where you have to ask got a vegetarian pizza minus the pizza.

Super tasty - Edit
We were curious about the pinsa and went to get an evening snack and it exceeded all our expectations! The service was very friendly and they were knowledgeable about veganism, even to the degree that they rinsed out the pizza cutter to avoid cross-contamination. The pinsa was super yummy, with pumpkin purée and tons of veggies and olives. Great value for money!

Best pinsa! - Edit
Not many veg options in Sanremo? Dont be discouraged! This is your chance to try a pinsa! A pinsa is different from a pizza as any Italian will explain. It's different for many reasons and importantly because the dough is prepared with a different mix of flours (each pinsa maker makes a slightly different recipe).
Read moreThe guys in this joint know about veganism and they will whip up a super duper delicious vegan pinsa in no time. A had a pinsa with a lot of veggies (I think it is a cheese less version of "ratatouille") with the addition of "friarielli" on top. (Friarielli are a kind of wild spinach). So yummy!
