Serves meat, vegan options available. This iconic L.A. hot dog stand added a veggie dog (vegan) to its menu. Could ask to substitute the vegan dog in place of the regular/meat ones. Removed March 2023: Limited vegan options.

Don’t go here

There is no reason whatsoever that this spot should be listed on this app. I live down the street. I’ve never actually been here, but any vegan would be thoroughly disgusted by this establishment even if they did have a vegan option

You may as well order a meal at a slaughterhouse.

Seriously. Why is this listed? Why would any conscientious vegan/vegetarian eat here even if they offered a “vegan “ option. Do you think they would care about cross contamination (prepare separately)? 🙄

Pros: Absolutely none!

Cons: Animal death establishment

NOT VEGAN

Pinks Patt Morrison Baja Vegan Dog is not vegan. They use milk in the guacamole. I heard the buns they use have milk in them, but im not exactly sure. I'd have to go and confirm that. Should not be advertised as vegan. :/

Cons: False advertisement

Not Good

I decided to try Pinks for my first time. I ordered the vegan hot dog, and it was the worst I have had. Very soft and very little flavor. 2 stars for effort. An easy fix would be to go to local healh food grocery stores, try their hot dogs, and choose the best one.

Worst vegan hotdogs

It was something to have before a show but i dont recommend it. A friend that took me there was newly vegan 3 years ago and has no tastebuds. The size of the hotdog was small and there was really nothing on the hotdog. I expected some more on the whole thing :(... the line was also horrendously long and i expected something better

Pros: The vegan hotdog was ok, Plenty of space to sit out back

Cons: Horrendously long line for very average food

they must have stopped carrying the vegan dogs, we ended up eating at the chipotle next door.

Pros: none

Cons: nothing vegan or vegetarian.

Vegan Hot Dogs

I went to Pink's for the first time with my folks when they came in from out of town. As a vegan I never had heard of Pink's but my meat eating parents wanted to try it since this is one of the most iconic hot dog places in the US. I looked it up online and saw that they had a vegan hot dog aptly named "The Patt Morrison Baja Vegan Dog" so I decided to give it a try.

When we got there I was pleasantly surprised. There is free valet parking right next to the stand. The out door seating patio is very clean, and very cute with umbrellas and a mural ode to Pink's.

The best part was when I discovered that the vegan hot dogs (kept in a completely separate hot dog cooker)can be substituted out for any of their numerous hot dog creations on their menu, or you can build your own. I decided to give "The Patt Morrison" a try and it was very yummy.

The best part is the price. The hot dogs are about $4.50 a dog and they are loaded with toppings. I'll definitely be heading back to this place this summer.

Pros: Substitutions free of charge, Free valet parking, The out door patio
